To receive the weekly emails, you must consent to provide us to use your email address. Your consent is given when you sign up to Agency Updates. We share your data with a third party application MailChimp (MailChimp privacy policy), which is used to collect sign ups to Agency Updates and send the emails.
We will only keep your data as long as you are happy to receive the Agency Updates emails. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time from the unsubscribe link found in the footer of each email.
We will also collect anonymous, aggregated we have systems that will automatically collects approximate location based off your IP and basic software you use to access the website including operating system, browser, browser language and browser version. This helps us aggregate anonymous statistics of where people visiting the website come from and what technology they use.
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us via community@agencyupdates.io to investigate the matter.
